Waiting, waiting, waiting, for something to do

This is the picture I sent to my Mom this morning.
Hi Everyone, it's me, Bebop.

Well my 2nd morning has been pretty boring so far.  Although there was something called an earthquake sometime after 5a.m.  My Other Mom told me that's why the bed vibrated.  The guy on the radio said it was a 3.9.  I don't know what that means, except I kind of liked the vibrating bed.  Then the people talked about getting an earthquake preperation kit again.  They talk about this a lot.

My Other Dad gets up really early so I had to get up too and follow him around to make sure he goes to all his routine places.  When he closes a door and leaves me out I go back to bed.  Then, when I hear him move around again I have to get up and follow him around some more.  I guess my Other Mom doesn't like this very much because I'm getting on and off the bed a lot.

Here Taj is rubbing his face against me, before he swatted me.

I also have to check up on the cats, to see if they're still hissing at me.  They are.  What's up with that?  Except one cat, a black guy named Taj tricked me.  He came up to me and let me smell his butt.  Then he rubbed his face against my nose.  I was okay with that, even though it tickled and I wasn't used to it.  But then, he just turned around and swatted me!  It really surprised me so I yelped and skidded backwards about two feet.  Gee, these guys are so confusing.

Here's me practicing my "please do something with me" look.

The rest of the morning I've just been waiting for my Other Mom to do something with me.  It's a beautiful sunny day and she's just been sitting in front of her computer or talking on the telephone.  She did take a few pictures of me, so I liked that attention.

I'll be back, as soon as something interesting happens.

hugs,
Bebop

My new bed

My new bed is huge!  What was my Other Mom thinking?  I'm just a little Pit Bull mix.  Did she think I was going to grow up to be a Great Dane?

Here's me sleeping in my ginormous bed.
Oh well, when my bff Enoch comes to visit he can sleep with me!

hugs,
Bebop

Ocean Beach!

My first morning my Other Mom did some training work with me and Jagger.

Here's me and Jagger practicing our down stays.

I haven't even been in San Francisco 24 hours and already my Other Mom took me and Jagger to the beach!  We live so close, we walked there.  I didn't know where I was going, but I'm going to remember this walk, I had so much fun!

We walked by this house, and boy, was it noisy!  I'm not really that familiar with pigeons but there were a lot of them by this colorful house.

There's even a water dish out for us dogs by the driveway.  How thoughtful is that?!

When I first stepped on the sand I started bouncing!  I think that even got Jagger a little excited, and he goes to the beach a lot.

Here Jagger and I are playing for the first time.

We were at the beach for a long time, and Jagger and I ran around a lot.  I liked that because Jagger is kind of aloof and can be grumpy inside the house.

Hi Mom!  I miss you!
hugs everybody!

Arriving in San Francisco!

The first thing that happened to me was Mom put me in a crate, and said goodbye.  Mom told me I was going to fly on a plane to San Francisco where my Other Mom, OM, would pick me up.  But, I didn't like the crate and complained about it a lot.

Here I am in my crate, very nervous.

I don't like plane rides in crates at all, so I was very happy when OM opened the door and I could jump in the back of the Mini.  I didn't really care where we were going, just as long as I was away from that plane and crate.

Here I am checking out the new sights.

When we got to my new home, my Other Mom introduced me to Jagger and we went on a walk.  Jagger peed a lot more than I did, so we stopped a lot.  That gave me some time to smell my new neighborhood.  There's also cats in my new home and they growl at me a lot.  I'm going to get them to like me though because how can you not like me, Bebop?

I've been showing my Other Mom how well I listen.  Here I am sitting for her when she told me to.
Well, it was a busy first day in San Francisco.  I'm a little nervous, but can you blame me?  I really miss my family, especially my bff Enoch, but my Other Mom is taking good care of me.
